You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more items, even if they were on promotion.

- We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product (size, colour or model), you’ll need to return your order and place a new one.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. The product must be in its original, unopened and unused condition to be eligible for return.
- If your order has any issue (defective, incorrect, etc.), do not process the return through this portal. Please contact our Customer Service team via the form so we can assist you properly.
