Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Standard delivery within Portugal and the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch
International delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs.
Shipping costs and available options (standard/express) are shown at checkout and depend on destination and order weight.
Customers receive a tracking link by email once the order has been shipped.
All Shipping is done via CTT.
Returns
Customers may return unworn, unused items in original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty
All eyewear is covered by a 12‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear, including lens or frame damage caused by misuse or improper care.
To make a warranty claim, contact customer service with proof of purchase and photos of the defect; approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Exchange Process
Contact support@escapeeyewear.com within the 30-day return window to request an exchange, including your order details and reason (e.g., “model too big” or “color doesn’t suit me”). This helps suggest suitable alternatives from our eyewear collection. Specify the new product if chosen.
Return Label
A prepaid CTT return label arrives by email for easy attachment to your package. Drop it at any CTT post office, point, or PickUp location—no printing needed in some cases. Refleczo covers all return shipping costs for exchanges.
New Item Shipment
Upon receiving and inspecting the original sunglasses in unworn condition, the new pair ships promptly with free delivery. Processing takes 2–5 business days, ensuring quick resolution. Items must include original packaging and tags.
